FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about Self Help Resource Library membership and content.

The Library

What’s the difference between the free resources and membership content?

Many workbooks, frameworks, and checklist-style resources are freely accessible with no account required. Membership unlocks the full course library (structured video and written programs), premium deep-dive workbooks, and priority access to new content. Think of free resources as the starting point and membership as going deep on what matters most to you.

Are the courses video-based or text-based?

Both. Courses include a combination of written modules, guided workbooks, exercises, and structured reflection prompts. Some courses also include video content. All course materials are downloadable so you can work offline.

How long are the courses?

Courses are designed to be completed at your own pace. Most full programs are structured as 4–6 weeks of content, with each week covering one core module. At a comfortable pace that’s about 30–60 minutes per session, 2–3 sessions per week. You’re never on a schedule — everything is self-paced.

Membership

Can I cancel my monthly membership?

Yes — cancel any time from your account settings. You retain access through the end of your billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.

Is there a free trial?

We don’t offer a traditional free trial, but many resources are freely accessible before joining so you can get a feel for the quality and approach. If you try a membership and aren’t happy within the first 7 days, reach out and we’ll refund your first payment.

What happens to my access if I cancel?

You lose access to membership content at the end of your billing period. Any free content is still accessible without a membership. Lifetime members retain permanent access regardless of any account changes.
